In our small group class, I’ll guide you to a deep relaxation and restoration,  using core archetypal chair yoga poses combined with various forms of breathwork and guided Mindfulness meditation.

One-One Class

30 or 45 minutes
In our One-One class, we’ll focus on customized the movement practices and yoga asanas to your capacities and preferences, while still incorporating  core archetypal Yoga poses combined with various forms of breathwork and guided Mindfulness meditation to promote deep relaxation, healing, and restoration of your entire being.
